I really cannot wait for Tampines One to start business! We were very impressed when we knew that the principal architect for the mall is that NUS graduate 2 years ago. We knew how good he was in school, and the many competitions he won, but it is still very impressive to be the principal architect in just 2 years! wow. We would all love to see whats in store for us ;)
Besides that, the biggest draw is of course all the labels the mall is going to bring. Unlike Tampines Mall and Century Square, Tampines One will focus on international fashion brands. Uniqlo, like i mentioned earlier, will open its first flagship store there (2nd in Orchard Ion!!). We will also see Topshop & Top Man, Dorothy Perkins, Spring Field, Promod and Espirit! It seems like the Easties have no reason to visit Suntec City or Wisma anymore!
With more atas fashion label in the mall, the F&B section is not neglected too. I walked past the construction site few weeks ago and saw Bakerzin at the corner! A quick review from Sunday Times last week wrote that Carl's Junior, Kim Gary and Sushi Tei will be available there too! Now I don't have to go Vivocity for them!
Seriously, i find no more reason to hit town and fight the crowd! More seriously, Eastpoint is in deep shit. HAHAHAHAHA!
