Soul in Seoul day three!

Im finally back to blogging after a day out. These are some of the pictures taken from Day 3! Yes you got it, the blue tunic was one of the loot I got from this foreign land :) It can be used as an oversized cardigen too! Im lovin' it ;)

I look damn weird here but hey the attention should be on my Freitag! My 1st 21st birthday present! Muuuuackss!

Built-in cutlery holder! haha!

they are not as tasty as original japanese sushi. By the way Koreans seem to have a liking for peppermint leaf! I wonder if theres mojito in their pubs here hahaha!

Guy in white is Sungwoo, our student leader from Hanyang University. Its been hard on him, bringing us out everyday! Kudos to him!

A colourful bus stop without shelter!

Neon green bus, kawaii neh!

The bus could only contain bout half the capacity of singapore buses! Its just like what u see in Korean dramas!

In Korea, we never stop walking. Its no wonder why the women here are so slim despite the sheer amount of food they eat every meal!

Brick architecture! Its quite common here and they are more awesome than I expected! I always hated bricks as they give a massive and less elegant feel but now I learned how bricks can give tectonics and create beautiful patterns if used correctly!

An old subway station, half underground half above ground! We tried some emo shots there hahaha!

Gorgeous flowers greeted us on our way to the National Museum.

A huge open plaza before the museum. I think it helps to slow down the pace of the visitors before entering.

Steps and more steps! Thats very common here!

Don't the flowers look lovely? We need more varieties in Singapore!

See how high we gotta climb b4 reaching the museum!

A scenic view of the residential estate awaits us at the peak. I miss the HDBs in Singapore!

Welcome to National Museum of Korea! The architecture is awesome!

A water feature neglected by many by the side of the museum entrance.

I feel that the building is all about geometry, no?

The interior is as fascinating! I cant stop falling in love with the stone cladding!

The triple volume height simply left me breathless.

A big museum for a big korea, hence a small one for our humble red dot.

La Bi Xiao Xin! That was green apple juice I think! I still keep that packaging!

Nina is happy with her mini custard puff (I made this name up! hehehe!) which is very delicious! I love it too!

Delicious! I so wanna eat that right now!

Nina: Tell me how to climb up this hill just for a 5min cable car ride!

steep slopes are everywhere here! Urgh!

YAY! We've reached the peak!

All the walking for thissssssss........

Nina n I was so broke after shopping that day we had to get "friendly loan" for the cable car ride!

We took the cable car to another peak and enjoy the views from there. I wasnt that interested to be honest!

We headed to N Seoul Tower!

See the superman hanging so high above ground! Damn nice can!!

I like the N! Flat one one side but a TV on another!

Of course, N for Nina!

Outside the Teddy Bear Museum!

I think there is a teddy bear museum somewhere in Seoul, according to the korean drama, Goong! This is just a small boutique full of teddy bears.

We headed up the tower for a good view of the city! Sheeessh I forgot to upload pictures of it i think. Next post, I promise!

An unintentional pose by everyone which we all thought it looked cool, esp with the banner on top, machiem some Superstar competition hahaha!

Huixian and her McD supper! Apparently theres Bulgogi burger here which is very delicious according to the guys! I shall try it some day! I tried the fries but it wasnt as nice as Singapore leh -_-

Oh yeah yeah, Melissa and I gave up the museum tour earlier and started doing outfits/emo shots in the gorgeous building hahahaa! You may stop reading if you are narcissist intolerant!

I am dead beat. Its 5.04am in Seoul now. We are 1hr ahead of Singapore, but it is still VERY LATE ALREADY! Still, I wanna say, I miss Singapore!! I miss my parents, I miss my friends, I miss the food! I miss the prata from Ah Mei Cafe at Eastpoint, the ever full of laughter chilling sessions with kudamonos, the tennis+badminton+arcade sessions with Jeremy and the PartyWorld KTV sessions with Gina and co.! Urghhhhh How are you guys doing in SG?

Gina, may i have lun's and your home address on msn? An offline msg will be good, thanks! Urgh, I forgot to pass Roy my Partyworld membership card so that u guys can make full use of it when Im not ard! It slipped off my mind at the airport lah!

Kudamonos, how was batam?! Don bully kimte, thou she is as short as me! Hahhahaha! I hope you all had fun, i wanna see picturesss!!! did u all make pardpard a millionaire now with all the gambling? hahaha Update soon pls!

Hmm. Been webcaming with my parents and they seemed to be quite high on their own in the lil' 4 room flat hahahaha! I wonder what surprise they are going to give me via the webcam on 23rd! Mama say she gonna eat my fav prata in front of the webcam and make sure i drool! What a MAMA, i say!

OoooOoOoooh I cant wait for next Sat! I'll probably meet up with Da Hye, my 1st 3 month Korean friend from TJ and we are going to drink!! Thanks to Nina who still keep in contact with her hahaha! On the other hand, my colleagues seem to be very keen on clubbing too! I hope they will bring us there after the current project submission!

Im going to a church tomorrow to see the architecture while the girls go for their service, hahaha! I need to sleep NOW!
