The excitement over Orchard Ion and Orchard Central had long died down. Therefore i was thrilled to know that 313@Somerset will be opening on 3 Dec with anchor tenants like Forever 21 and Zara!
Awarded with Green Mark Platinum, 313 marks the beginning of the targeted 80% green buildings in Singapore by 2030. Like the other new malls that emerged this year, 313@Somerset is going to have LED facade too, which means that Orchard Road's street scape will be even brighter!! I think its great!
I really hope that this one last new mall of the year will be a great finale for the Orchard Rd makeover in 2009! More than half of the malls along this shopping belt were either under renovation or construction this entire year. Its finally time to wrap up the construction and say HI to the new Orchard Road!!
