Our macarons from L-R: coffee, apple+apricot, caramel, black forest, cheese and dark chocolate. We'll recommend the green Apple+Apricot because it taste really refreshing and not too sweet! We Really Love it! Cheese's was disappointing as the candy icing overwhelmed the cheese. A pack of 6 for $15.90.
I had a delicious bowl of beef stew in red wine (served with bread) and Melchowchow's Prawns, squid, scallops, mussels, crab meat & white wine Doria was fantastic! We gobbled the food without taking photos - this definitely meant something right! Thanks to Melchowchow's recommendation for a wonderful dinner! I would love to go Canele again!
Melchowchow and I killing time while waiting for the movie to start. This amazing buddy from Chong Zheng Primary remembers my birthday every year even though our friendship blossom only in the last 2 years. Don't ask me why we wasted the first 10 years not knowing each other better!
This man is full of crappy rules. Firstly he suggested that whoever goes overseas have to make use of the free phone in the airport after you check in to call the other party - and he managed to stick to his rules thrice, me, once. Then 2 days ago he made it a point that the birthday boy/girl has to treat the other one and choose his/her present on the day of the meal. What a good excuse for not preparing presents on time!
We caught the movie at Filmgarde, where last minute tickets are definitely available. HAHHA! Sandra Bullock still looking hot and Ryan Reynolds is freaking good looking! ME LOVES! This romantic comedy is pretty good for the weekend :)
