im so excited about the april 18 picnic with the girls that i googled "top 10 picnic must haves" before I go to bed. As expected, i ended up with a greater anticipation and decided to jot down my thoughts here before I forget!
1. i must confess i have no suitable dress with ribbons despite me being the one who suggested it
2. how about some crackers with swiss cheese? it looked awesome with some strawberry topping! I even found a photo of it for your imagination!
3. i must remember to buy korean raspberry wine after my submission!
4. i must remember to bring my pretty umbrellas on that day!
5. camera is a must have. kill me if i never bring 2 fully charged batteries that day!
6. i can bring my ipod speakers! (thanks ys & co.! See, im making full use of your present!!) girls, get ready the songs in your ipod!
7. books! i'd love to lie on the carpet grass pretending to read in my shades. MUAHAHA!
8. i will ask guo papa to get ready his salad for 5!
9. Pardpard! can ask mama tan to prepare her famous egg bread? HAHAHA!! i think i cannot survive without bread! i think it will still taste gd when it gets cold?
10. I cant find my picnic mat! Someone else please?
12. Ah song! we decided that you can take charge of cupcakes!! At least half a dozen please! :)
13. why are we wearing dresses for picnic? a tad inconvenient huh! was it my crazy suggestion again? =X

I wish i can can fast forward time (skipping all the submission frenzy in between) to 18 April now!!! Marina Barrage here we comeeeeeeeee!!!

i will bring my camera too! and we should change the ribbon theme lah! i really have nothing along that line! lol. and i thought of the inconvenience of wearing dress to picnic as well when i was on my way home. aiyo! u make me so excited about our first ever picnic after reading ur blog! the crackers with swiss chesse looks very delicious! i thot about it alr. someone just hav to buy grapes n strawberries beforehand, slice them and put in a tupperware for the day. we can buy crackers n cheese from ntuc! hahaha then when we eat, just put one cube of cheese and choose our fruits to go tgr! ta-da!

yup its marina barrage, picnic, dress sounds quite off, ribbon is ok-la-off-lor, ah neh will drive, we'll meet at tamp at 2pm to buy the food first, you settle cupcake, after picnic go SINEMA.. theres a restaurant there that looked pretty gd... then chill at the Timbre next to it.

why not we wear picnic wear.
then after our marina barrage outing, i'll send us all home and we bathe and dress UP for dinner and old sch sinema timbre.
sounds better right? then we can just scrap off the whole ribbon theme.

meet at my house to put all ur barang barang. then we set off to buy food for our marina barrage. and then come back my hse to bathe and be pretty before we head off to dinner and timbre!
BUT if SOMEONE insists on using WET TOWEL to bathe, by all means GO AHEAD. i am not going to stop u. i think the rest of us will be more than willingly to let u do it cuz we have one less person to queue for the toilet.
